Ioppolo & Associates have been delivering solutions and services in the interrelated fields of Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Budgeting & Forecasting since 1996. Through prospect interactions and client engagements, it was clear that the market had a strong desire for productised solutions, as opposed to service-based engagements, to deliver desired outcomes.
Essatto, a related company to Ioppolo & Associates, was incorporated in 2005 to bring these productised solutions to market.

Guy Ioppolo
Director
Guy Ioppolo is a leader in the IT Services field, with over 35 years of experience, working with enterprises to drive optimal performance and efficiency. Guy established Essatto in 2005. Prior to establishing Ioppolo & Associates and Essatto, Guy spent many years working in senior positions in Corporate Planning for large organisations. Guy is a Fellow of CPA Australia and is committed to personally engaging with Essatto clients to provide knowledge, advice, and undertake reviews. Guy is an appointed member of the CPA Digital Transformation Centre of Excellence.
Richard Jardine
Chief Operating Officer
Richard has been with Essatto from the beginning. Richard has extensive experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), from BOTH an implementation and management perspective. Richard leads a team undertaking product development in Data Analytics, BI, and Budgeting & Forecasting, providing Implementation Services and on-going support to a portfolio of clients. Richard’s responsibilities include the regular review of all projects, to ensure that contracted services are met. This includes project management and management of resources to meet the individual Client’s requirements.
Anthony Lepore
Director
Anthony has over 35 years of experience in both public and private sectors, including Management Consultation, Team Building, Professional Development and Strategic Implementation, providing practical solutions to meet individual business requirements and company collaboration.
